Dr. Fernando Diaz Dilernia completed his medical degree at Buenos Aires University in Argentina, followed by his residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology. Following his residency, he completed his Masters of Science and a Clinical Fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstructive Surgery at Western University. Dr. Diaz Dilernia has also completed a Lower Extremity Reconstruction and Arthroplasty Fellowship at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Diaz Dilernia’s research interests involve new therapeutics to treat periprosthetic joint infections and the outcomes of different implants and techniques.
